We are seeking an effective, motivated individual to join us as Proposal Manager. As the Proposal Manager, you research, pursue and successfully author RFP opportunities in our business space to help with new business.

Responsibilities:

​

Source our relevant RFP, RFI and RFQ opportunities
Manage the overall proposal communications strategy 
Write and edit standard and customized content for proposals, RFP’s RFI’s, and RFQ’s in adherence to RFQ/RFP requirements
Facilitate meetings with team members involved in bids/proposals
Leverage existing business relationships within our Business Development department to generate new proposal bidding opportunities 
Produce content that is high in quality and that wins
Achieve RFP volume goals and targets consistently

Excellent business acumen
Experience in professional services
Strong written communication skills
Strong priority and schedule management skills 
Ability to manage and complete multiple processes around multiple RFP's simultaneously 
Strong Microsoft Office suite and cloud-based technology skills
Knowledge and familiarity working with services such as MERX, Biddingo, Public and Private sector bidding systems
Minimum of 2 years professional writing experience in a fast pace business environment working with multiple RFP and RFI (public and private) responses and bids
University Degree
